Woohoo! Today I figured out how to dismantle pallets! I’ve been trying for ages to deconstruct pallets so that I can reuse the wood. In the past, I’ve always damaged the wood trying to pry it apart.
I can’t figure out how to describe my technique in words without pictures, so I’ll have to write a post about my pallet dismantling method in the future.
I used my pallet wood to begin repairing my front porch. The picture with this post features my high-tech pallet prying/porch building kit which includes a hand saw, hammer, and old siding nails. Also pictured here is my ancient porch, and the beginning of my pallet wood porch repair.
